📅Maintenance Schedules

You can create daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly maintenance schedules for each asset / sub-asset / part. These calendar based maintenance schedules form the basis for work orders.

Work order are generated around midnight for the subsequent day/week/month/year. If you have created a daily maintenance schedule today, the first work order is generated for tomorrow. Similarly, if you have created a weekly maintenance schedule today, the first work order is generated seven days from today.

If you have set a daily repeating maintenance schedule, the corresponding work orders are generated 7 days in to the future. In other words, 7 future work orders are generated. The below table illustrates further.

You can control the generation of future work orders. If you want the next work order to be generated only after the current one is complete, you just need to toggle a switch.

NOTE: Event based maintenance schedules will be launched soon.
