# Locations After signing up for SuperCMMS you will be prompted to create your first location. You will need to create at least one location to get things rolling. The location with sub-location hierarchy is a convenient way to organise your plant/site/building. All activities that you perform under a location (like adding assets, work orders, etc.) can also be done for a sub-location. In this regard a location and sub-location are identical.
